At Pablo & Paws, all of our products are made to order, which means we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please check the size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund.
